1. About Jody Craddock Art
This website www.jodycraddockart.com is owned and operated by Jody Craddock of Art Affect Ltd. If you have any questions regarding us, the website, our goods or an order that you have placed, please email: firstname.lastname@example.org.
2. Purchasing art from Jody Craddock
2.1 When purchasing any of our goods/services, you agree that you are legally capable of entering into binding contracts
2.2 When purchasing any of our goods/services, you agree you are at least 18 years old.
2.3 When purchasing any of our goods/services, any information you give is accurate and complete
2.4 In the unlikely event that the goods/services are no longer available, we will contact you and offer an alternative or full refund
2.5 Whilst every care and attention is made to information regarding sizing and pricing of artwork, if an error in pricing has been noted, we reserve the right to correct any errors and we do not honour inaccurate or incorrect prices
2.6 After placing an order with us via either our website, email or telephone, you will receive an order confirmation or invoice for your goods/services, including postage if applicable
2.7 Payment can be made via debit/credit cards or Paypal
3.1 Goods will be dispatched from Jody Craddock Art (Art Affect Ltd) within 5 working days of receiving your order confirmation or complete payment, whichever is the latter
3.2 Bespoke commissions will be dispatched within the time frame that was agreed between Jody Craddock Art (Art Affect Ltd) and the customer. These are exempt from our 5 working day dispatch time
3.3 We do accept International orders, please allow 2 working days for a personalised shipping quote
3.4 For deliveries outside the United Kingdom, you will be responsible for the payment of any applicable import duties and taxes
3.5 We will deliver to the address stated on your order, it is your responsibility to check this
3.6 Please check your goods on delivery. Any goods found to be damaged should be notified to the delivery driver at the time of delivery or to Jody Craddock Art (Art Affect Ltd) in writing within 2 working days.
4. Returns and refunds
4.1 If you decide your goods are not suitable, the item(s) must be returned in its original condition within 14 days of delivery in the original or other appropriate packaging suitably insured and at your own cost
4.2 Once the item is received safely by Jody Craddock Art (Art Affect Ltd), you will be reimbursed the full purchase value less the original shipping cost
4.3 This does not affect your statutory rights
5. Commissioned Artwork
5.1 Bespoke commissions are not eligible for return or refund provided that the item meets the previously agreed specification
5.2 Bespoke commissions are required to pay a non-refundable deposit on placing the order with the balance due on completion of the order. The order will not be delivered until full payment is received
6.1 Title of artwork ownership will pass to the purchaser on full payment of goods
6.2 The copyright of the artwork remains the property of Jody Craddock Art (Art Affect Ltd)
6.3 Artwork must not be copied, reproduced or distributed in any form
7. Force majeure
We will not be liable or responsible for any failure to perform, or delay in performance of, any of our obligations under a contract that is caused by events or circumstances outside our reasonable control.
